Zoe Varney

Zoe Varney is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across multiple roles in the human resources field. Currently serving as HR Manager at Askews Legal LLP since January 2025, Zoe previously held several key positions at Millboard from February 2018 to December 2024, including Head of Human Resources and HR Business Partner. Prior to that, Zoe worked at Palmer and Harvey for nearly two decades, starting as a Payroll Clerk and progressing to HR Advisor, where responsibilities included overseeing HR accountability for over 550 employees at a major distribution center. Educational background includes studies at Coventry University and Coundon Court College.
