Diego Abrianos, MBA, CSM

Diego Abrianos, MBA, CSM has over 20 years of experience in software development and management. Diego'swork experience began in 1999 as a Software Developer at SERPRO, where they were responsible for source code development and testing. In 2001, they worked as a Software Consultant at Esplanada. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Software Development Manager and Solutions Architect & Technical Lead. In this role, they were responsible for the technical research and prioritization of requirements for server management and storage virtualization software projects, as well as the architecture and technical design of various products. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Turners Auctions as a Technical Lead, where they were responsible for coordinating the software development team, gathering and analysing requirements, and leading the technical design of the MARS project. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Imarda Ltd as Head of Software Development, where they were responsible for managing the software development department, contributing to the definition of the i360 products' strategy, and supervising the i360 solution architecture, design, development, and testing. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Greentree International as Software Development Manager, where they were accountable for managing the Greentree4 program, improving the software development processes and practices, and managing a distributed software development team. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at MYOB as Software Development Manager, where they were responsible for managing the development of MYOB Advanced Business and Advanced People products, liaising with Acumatica, and collaborating with various internal departments. Since 2020, they have been working at SPM Assets as Chief Technology Officer, where they are accountable for the results of SPM Applications, a sub-company of the SPM Group. Diego is also responsible for the overall Product and Technology strategy, managing IT at the SPM Group level, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Consulting teams.

Diego Abrianos obtained their MBA in People Management with Emphasis in Strategy from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2010. Diego also has a Postgraduate Diploma in WEB and Information Systems from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, which they obtained in 2004. Diego's educational background began with a Bachelor in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, which they obtained in 2000.
