Katherine Arya

Katherine Arya is an experienced Sign Language Interpreter with a robust background in educational and freelance interpreting. Currently, Katherine serves as a Sign Language Interpreter for the Polk County School Board since August 2019 and has maintained a freelance interpreting role at King Interpreting Services, LLC and ASL Services Inc. since 2019 and 2017, respectively. Previous experience includes employment as an American Sign Language Interpreter at Orange County Public Schools and Deaf Talk LLC, as well as a caption provider for CapTel Service Specialists. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, completed between 2009 and 2014, and attended Valencia College from 2012 to 2015.
