Phil Beales

Phil Beales is an experienced production manager with a robust background in manufacturing and business management. Currently serving as Production Manager at ASL since September 2022, Phil previously held the position of Managing Director at TUFF-ROK LTD from July 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing ecommerce platforms, accounts, product development, logistics, customer care, and subcontractor management. With a long tenure at Francis Searchlights Ltd from June 1991 to July 2019 as Production Manager, Phil oversaw production activities and operational processes, ensuring performance improvement and strategic planning. Phil holds a City and Guilds degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering from Bolton Training College, earned between 1991 and 1995.
