Adrien Goucher

Adrien Goucher has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they worked as a Food Service Worker at Washington State University and later that year, they served as an Executive Director Intern at Emeritus. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Community Relations Associate at Era Living, where they successfully planned and managed marketing events, contributed to the restructuring of the sales department, and achieved significant sales growth. In 2016, they became an Associate Executive Director at Brookdale, implementing a new orientation/training process that improved employee retention and training completion rates. From 2017 to 2019, they held multiple roles at Touchmark, including Move-In Coordinator/Sales Assistant and Events Coordinator, where they demonstrated exceptional skills in coordinating move-ins, organizing sales events, and managing budgets. Starting in 2019, they worked as a Property Coordinator at Melvin Mark Brokerage Company.
