Lauren Tones has extensive work experience in the field of partnerships and sponsorships, primarily in the entertainment industry. Currently, they hold the position of UK Partnerships Director at ASM Global - Official, a role they started in March 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Partnerships Manager for the same company from March 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining ASM Global, Lauren worked at AEG Europe, where they held various roles. From July 2018 to March 2021, they worked as a Senior Partnerships Manager at The O2, responsible for delivering sponsor rights and benefits for partners such as O2 Telefonica, Budweiser Brewing Group, and LVMH. Additionally, they played a key role in partnership renewals and driving incremental revenue. From August 2015 to July 2018, they served as a Partnerships Manager at The O2 and The SSE Arena, Wembley, managing partnerships with brands including Sky, Amazon Tickets, and Barclays. Prior to this, they worked as a Partnerships Coordinator and undertook a secondment as a Partnerships Manager for Sundance London.

Lauren's career also includes experience at Live Nation, where they worked as a Sponsorship and Marketing Coordinator for Wembley Arena from August 2010 to April 2014. In this role, they represented Barclaycard during their naming rights partnership and managed partner-owned spaces and ticketing.

Lauren began their career at Academy Music Group in November 2007, where they served as a Press, Marketing & Sponsorship Administrator for O2 Academy venues nationwide. During their time there, they supported a team responsible for the marketing, PR, and sponsorship of 13 venues and managed the partner ticketing process.

Lauren Tones completed the European Sponsorship Association (ESA) Diploma in 2015, earning a commendation in the field of sponsorship. Prior to that, they attended Liverpool Community College from 2004 to 2005, studying NCTJ Journalism. Their earlier education includes attending Liverpool John Moores University from 2001 to 2004, where they focused on Media & Cultural Studies with English Literature & Cultural History.
