Rhonda Henderson

Rhonda Henderson, CMA has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. Rhonda is currently serving as the Regional Director of Finance at Official ASM Global since November 2021. Prior to this, Rhonda worked at the Pennsylvania Convention Center/SMG, where they started as the Director of Finance in January 2017 and was later promoted to Assistant General Manager of Business Administration in January 2019.

Before joining the Pennsylvania Convention Center/SMG, Rhonda worked at Alkemy X as a Controller from April 2014 to September 2016. Rhonda was responsible for various financial functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

From July 2008 to November 2013, Rhonda served as the Controller at Dealertrack Technologies. In this role, they managed the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. Rhonda also worked closely with auditors and played a key role in improving invoicing procedures, resulting in increased revenue and net income.

Prior to that, Rhonda worked as a Controller at Roster Financial from February 2007 to July 2008. Rhonda was responsible for managing the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. Rhonda also provided recommendations to key business decisions and communicated with insurance agents regarding production business and commission payments.

Rhonda's earlier experience includes serving as a Controller at AXIS Healthcare Communications from October 2001 to January 2007, Senior Accountant/Assist Controller at DentalEZ Group from November 1999 to May 2001, Senior Accountant at ARAMARK Healthcare from November 1998 to November 1999, and Senior Accountant at US PHYSICIANS from April 1998 to October 1998.

Rhonda began their career as a Staff Accountant at General Accident Insurance Company (Ja.) Limited in November 1997.

Throughout their career, Rhonda has demonstrated strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Rhonda has also gained experience in human resources, diversity & inclusion, administration, and contract management in their current role at Official ASM Global.

Rhonda Henderson, CMA, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from La Salle University in 1995. Rhonda continued their education by self-studying for the CMA-Certified Management Accountant Exam at Hock International Studies in 2016. Rhonda also participated in leadership development programs such as the Business On Board Program and Executive Development for the Arts, Culture + Creative Sectors, both offered by the Arts+ Business Council of Greater Philadelphia in 2015. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Management Accountant certification from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants in December 2016.
