Andrew Lefever

Andrew LeFever is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Process Excellence at ASM since May 2023, Andrew previously held the position of Senior Manager in IP, Materials, and Innovation Engineering at ITW from August 2012 to March 2020. Prior to that, Andrew worked as a Lead Engineer at Johnson Controls from January 2000 to July 2012, focusing on full system seat design. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering, completed in December 1999.
