Bharat Malhotra

Bharat Malhotra is currently serving as a Senior Technology Manager for ALD and Area Selective Deposition at ASM since October 2023, focusing on process support for new ALD applications and driving customer adoption of ASD processes. Prior to this role, Bharat accumulated significant experience at Applied Materials from April 2013 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing ALD toolsets globally, facilitating process technology transfers, and supporting advanced technology nodes. Previous positions also include Application Development Engineer at FEI Company, Research Assistant at North Carolina State University, and an internship as a Solar Engineer at Semprius. Bharat holds a Master's degree in Nano-Electronics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
