Dylan McNeill

Dylan McNeill is a seasoned professional in sustainability and ESG, currently serving as Senior Director of Sustainability & ESG at ASM and as a Board Member for the UN Global Compact Network Netherlands. With a strong background in sustainability initiatives, McNeill has led significant programs at Philips focusing on supplier sustainability and human rights, achieving high levels of external recognition and public speaking engagements. Additional roles include a Vice-Chair position at the European Partnership for Responsible Minerals and membership on the Impact Committee of Innovation Industries. McNeill's expertise is backed by a solid educational foundation, including an Executive Master in Information Technology from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Erasmus University.
