Junwei Su

Junwei Su is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and research. Since October 2017, Junwei Su has held multiple roles at ASM, including Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Senior Mechanical Engineer, where responsibilities include leading R&D efforts in Epitaxy hardware focused on functional enhancement, tool matching, and cost reduction. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, supervising undergraduate students, and preparing research materials, along with participating as an Entrepreneurial Lead in the NSF I-Corps program to develop business models. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Kellogg's Research Labs conducting finite element simulations and lab work at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in micro/nano-structure fabrication. Junwei Su holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor's degree in Thermal Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
