Kelvin Wong

Kelvin Wong is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director, Global People Partner at ASM since September 2021, Kelvin previously held positions including Head of HR Asia Pacific at Schaeffler, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR management across multiple regional markets. Kelvin's career spans significant roles in prominent organizations such as The HEINEKEN Company, where contributions to talent management led to recognition with the Highest Climber Award, and M1 Limited, where HR policies and programs were successfully implemented. Kelvin's foundational experience includes leadership and talent development at the Monetary Authority of Singapore and roles at Citibank, infocomm agencies, and educational institutions.
