Paul Chatelain

Paul Chatelain is a Senior Process Engineer I at ASM since October 2021, bringing a strong background in organic chemistry and research. Paul completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Organic Chemistry at the University of Strasbourg, where research focused on transition-metal catalyzed coupling reactions and the origin of life, and was awarded a competitive government fellowship during this period. Prior experiences include an internship at Sanofi, where Paul synthesized libraries of potential leads, and a short internship at Dystar, studying the effects of auxiliary treatments on fabric properties. Academic credentials also include a Master’s degree in Chemistry and Biology and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, both from the University of Strasbourg.
