Amy Betz serves as the Assistant Dean for Academic Success and Associate Professor at Kansas State University since August 2011, previously holding roles as Assistant Dean for Retention, Diversity, and Inclusion and Assistant Professor. Since January 2018, Amy has contributed to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy Committee and has co-chaired the International Conference of Nano, Micro, and Mini-Channels for ASME. Prior experience includes a Teaching Fellowship at Columbia University from June 2008 to December 2010 and managerial positions at Blissworld and Roseina's. Amy Betz holds a PhD and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University.
