Charlie Givens possesses extensive experience in the fields of cybersecurity and engineering, currently serving as WTCC Plant IT Manager and Cybersecurity Project Manager at Bechtel National Inc since June 1998. Givens has held various leadership roles within the company, including Chief Engineer focused on Automation and ICS Cybersecurity, Engineering Automation Manager, and Sr Automation Specialist. Additionally, Givens contributes to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers as Vice Chair of the Standards Committee on Nuclear Quality Assurance and has chaired the NQA-1 Software Quality Assurance Subcommittee. Earlier experience includes a role as YN2-Administrative with the United States Navy from June 1990 to December 1993. Givens holds a Master of Science in Project Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Southern University.
