Andries Hofman

Andries Hofman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Manufacturing at ASML since October 2014, Hofman has also held key positions within the company, including Vice President of the EUV Factory and Vice President of Strategic Sourcing. Previous roles include CEO of Adimec and program management at ASML, along with involvement in logistics and production management at Nefit Fasto and Fokker Special Products. In addition to corporate leadership, Hofman contributed to the educational sector as a member of the Supervisory Board at Koning Willem I College and advisory council member for OMO. Academically, Hofman holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Delft University of Technology, a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Automation from NHL Hogeschool, and has furthered education at IMD.
