Mareike Wiebalck

Mareike Wiebalck is a seasoned professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as Team Lead Service at ASML since October 2021, overseeing a team responsible for work preparation and production steering of complex processes for glass components. Wiebalck has extensive experience at Rolls-Royce from September 2015 to September 2021, where responsibilities included leading a team of manufacturing engineers, managing machining and assembly processes for jet engines, and coordinating diverse projects, including new machinery introductions. Prior roles included engineering positions at MTU Maintenance and Airbus, focusing on process optimization and work instruction preparation. Wiebalck holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
