Munaza Firdous

Munaza Firdous is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in project leadership, innovation, and recruitment. Currently serving as Project Lead and Lean Change Agent at ASML since December 2022, Munaza focuses on driving Lean methodology within the TWINSCAN factory. As a Student Coordinator for the Innovation Forum of Kashmir, Munaza founded the region's first industry-innovation design hub. Involvement in various organizations includes roles as Women Coordinator at the Kashmir Student Parliament, Board Head for Internal Activities at PoliSpace, and Campus Recruitment Coordinator at the National Institute of Technology Srinagar. Munaza holds a Master's degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, supplemented by participation in ShARE's leadership program, along with a B.Tech in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar.
