Sjang Selen

Sjang Selen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics, currently serving as Senior Manager of Goods Flows at ASML since January 2021. In this role, Sjang oversees the Goods Flow & Excellence team, focusing on standardizing and enhancing goods flows while ensuring compliance and infrastructure readiness. Prior to ASML, Sjang held managerial positions at Signify, where responsibilities included materials management and driving inventory targets, and at Philips Lighting, leading supply chain performance improvements and managing various operational departments. With a background in SAP consultancy at Ericsson and military service as an officer teacher, Sjang holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Eindhoven University of Technology.
