Tanja van der Vleuten

Tanja van der Vleuten is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at ASML since June 2015, currently serving as the Head of the CHRO Office within the Global HR&O Strategy & Excellence Management Team. In this role, Tanja supports the global head of HR&O, manages strategic agendas for the HR&O Leadership team, and oversees communication for a diverse HR&O population. Previous positions at ASML include Manager & Program Leader for Global HR Talent Management, where focus areas included integrated talent management and global performance management, and Project Leader in the Global HR Project Office, managing initiatives related to various HR functions. Before joining ASML, Tanja held consulting roles in HR Transformation at Capgemini Invent. Tanja holds a distinguished HR Leadership degree from Nyenrode Business University and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Radboud University, complemented by a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management from Fontys University.
