Ziyao Zhou

Ziyao Zhou is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a robust background in project architecture and mechanical design, currently serving as Project Architect and Senior Mechanical Architect at ASML since August 2020. Ziyao's expertise includes delivering mechanical system architecture for complex products, conducting feasibility studies, and overseeing mechanical layouts. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Hermes-Microvision, Inc. and hands-on engineering positions at Cytochip Inc., Prescient Imaging LLC, and other firms, with a focus on innovative design, prototyping, and compliance with industry standards. Ziyao holds a Master’s Degree in Systems and Control Design from UCLA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.
