Tang Cheuk Nam

TANG Cheuk Nam is a Mechanical Engineer at ASM Pacific Technology Ltd. since August 2017, specializing in mechanical modules, optical assembly, and bond arm assembly for the Neuron SiP project. Previous experience includes an internship at HAECO from February to June 2016, focusing on aircraft maintenance and contributing to the formation of a Practical Training Centre, as well as a summer internship at PARSONS BRINCKERHOFF in 2014, where TANG handled HVAC systems and generated 2D drawings using AutoCAD. TANG possesses a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and General Business Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, earned between 2012 and 2016.
