Sebastiraj Arulanandu is an experienced software development lead currently at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020. Prior roles include Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, and Senior Architect at Lloyds TSB, where Sebastiraj was deputed by Wipro. Sebastiraj has a strong background in BPM architecture and solutions, demonstrated through previous positions at MasterCard and Level 3 Communications, where responsibilities included team management, process optimization, and program management. An early career included roles at Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd and Nucleus Software. Sebastiraj holds an MCA in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
