María Jesús Pérez López has extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles, currently serving as the Secretary General of the Asociación Centro de Dirección de RRHH since April 2000, where responsibilities include management, activity program development, budget planning, member relations, institutional representation, and securing external funding. Previously, María Jesús worked as a consultant in the banking and insurance sector at NMC from September 1997 to September 1999 and as a junior consultant at ADC ETT from February 1995 to July 1997. María Jesús holds an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Universidad Nebrija, a degree in Political Science and Sociology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and is pursuing further expertise in Digital Communication for Professional Associations at Fundación Telefónica.
