Samuel Guerra

Samuel Guerra has extensive experience in the fields of IT audit and education, currently serving as the 2nd Vice President of IT Audit at Asociación Popular de Ahorros y Préstamos since January 2007. Concurrently, Samuel Guerra has been a University Professor at Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo since July 1996. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Barna Management School, an Engineer's degree in Computer Technology from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, and multiple degrees from Universidad APEC and IESA, highlighting a strong foundation in both technology and business administration.
