Elena Martínez Ortiz

Elena Martinez Ortiz joined ASOS in 2022 as ASOS Design Womenswear Director, quickly expanding her role to include Director of Topshop, Topman, Venture Brands, and Responsible Sourcing.

Elena’s background is rooted in design with a wealth of experience across the fashion sector including sourcing, quality control, and buying. Elena built her career working with INDITEX at Stradivarius, in a multitude of roles which saw her working in Barcelona and across Asia, setting up offices from scratch in Shanghai, Dhaka, and Delhi, and leading multi-disciplined teams of designers, buyers, merchandisers, planners, and technicians. In her current role as Senior Product Director, Elena leads the entire Product division within ASOS including own brands such as Asos Design Womenswear, Asos Design Menswear, Topshop, Topman, Venture Brands, and third-party Brands, Face + Body, and Sportswear.
