Amira Chambers

Amira Chambers is a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Advanced Sterilization Products since August 2021, focusing on cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and leading cross-functional teams to enhance processes across the organization. Previously, Amira held various roles within the Global Leadership Development Program at Advanced Sterilization Products, including implementing Lean practices and developing inventory processes that resulted in significant time savings. Amira's experience includes serving as Vice President of Internal Affairs for the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, where oversight of the executive board and event coordination were key responsibilities. Earlier internships at UPS and Advanced Sterilization Products involved process optimization and data management, contributing to improved efficiency. Amira holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
