With decades of experience in top-tier international corporate practices, Michael Chong specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions, Regulatory, Capital Markets, and Major Projects, providing legal services to a diverse range of clients, including businesses, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Technology firms.
