Antonio Menoyo

Antonio Menoyo has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Antonio started their career at 3dfx in 1998 as a European Technical Support Analyst, where they provided technical support for various countries and played a key role in testing new games and applications for compatibility. In 1999, they joined Orange Business Services as a Data Network Analyst, where they were responsible for providing support for voice and data communication installations, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2005, Antonio moved to McAfee as a Security Analyst, where they advised customers on maintenance, troubleshooting SQL databases, and configuration of various security systems. At SAP, starting from 2007, they worked as a SAP Business Objects Analyst, dealing with implementation, configuration, and fault resolution of Business Critical BI Systems. Antonio also handled data migration, performed sizing of BI systems, and provided testing and consultation services for customers. In 2015, Antonio joined Aspect Software as a Cloud Engineer, and most recently in 2018, they became a Support Analyst at Winshuttle.

Antonio Menoyo completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from the College Of Northwest London from the years 2000 to 2004. Apart from their degree, they also hold a certification in SAP Business Objects from CompTIA, although the exact month and year of obtaining this certification are not mentioned.
