Henry Pacheco

Henry Pacheco currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Technical Support at Alvaria, Inc., a position held since January 2023. Pacheco's extensive experience in customer care and service delivery spans several decades, with a long tenure at Aspect Software beginning in 1998, where roles included Director of Customer Care and Senior Service Delivery Manager. Prior to this, Pacheco worked at ROLM/IBM/Siemens from 1984 to 1998, starting as a Service Technician and later becoming an Installation Technician, focusing on customer support for ROLM CBX products and the planning and implementation of IBM product lines.
