Mike Owens

Mike Owens has a broad work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mike is currently employed at Alvaria, Inc. since 2021, where they hold the positions of DevOps Engineer, Senior System Engineer, and System Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Aspect Software as a System Engineer starting in 2016. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a System Administrator at SingleHop. Mike also worked as a Server Support Analyst at Client Intellect, Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Before entering the IT field, they gained customer service experience at Staples from 2011 to 2014. Mike started their professional journey as a Lifeguard at Walt Disney World in 2010. Additionally, they pursued higher education as a Student at the University of Central Florida from 2010 to 2013.

Mike Owens obtained their Associate in Arts degree in General from Valencia College from 2007 to 2010. Mike then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Mike has also obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2022.
