Stephen Krieger

Stephen Krieger is a highly experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff for the Workforce Engagement Management business unit at Alvaria, Inc. since November 2023. As the founder and consultant of Silver Fox Consulting since January 2021, Stephen specializes in research and strategy to support organizations in impactful and responsible work. Previous roles include MBA Associate at Techstars, where management of projects and market research was conducted, and a Corporate Giving MBA Intern at Xcel Energy, where impact analytics and grant processes were developed. Additionally, Stephen has extensive experience in leadership positions within Flatirons Church, overseeing operations and program development. Stephen holds an MBA in Analytics & Market Research from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BA in English with a Business Minor from Colorado State University.
