Cari Robinson

Cari Robinson is a legal and strategic communications expert with extensive experience in crisis management, corporate governance, and cybersecurity. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at August, Robinson provides guidance on corporate reputation, litigation, and financial restructurings. As the Founder of Black Dog Advisory, LLC, Robinson offers consulting in organizational transformation and compliance. A member of the Board of Directors for Legio Legal Network and the Advisory Board for the American Conference Institute's Global Anti-Corruption Board, Robinson also holds a significant legal background from Revlon Inc. as EVP and General Counsel, and from IBM, where roles included Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and working as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Robinson holds a JD from Emory University and a BA from Vassar College.
