Keith Schilling has a comprehensive work experience spanning several decades. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Field Engineer at W&T, managing open hole and cased hole cell. Keith then served as a Sales Engineer and Field Service Manager in Louisiana and the Gulf of Mexico. From 2000 to 2003, they were an Operations Manager in Northeast Texas, Southeast Oklahoma, and Trinidad and the Caribbean, overseeing both land and offshore operations.

Keith's career at Schlumberger continued with roles such as Operations Manager in Central Asia, Product Champion, and Operations Manager in the Gulf of Mexico Offshore, where they managed operations for deepwater projects and emphasized health, safety, and environment. Keith served as the Vice President in North America Offshore Wireline, responsible for offshore platform operations in the Gulf of Mexico, Arctic, Alaska, and the East Coast of Canada.

Keith's significant achievements during their time at Schlumberger include optimizing supervision of the flagship region, retaining key talent during the Macondo Oil Spill crisis, and improving executive succession planning by 100%.

In 2014, Keith joined TETRA Technologies, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of the Global Energy Services Group, responsible for global operations in areas such as completion fluids, production testing, and wellbore cleanup. Keith secured major sales contracts and worked closely with the board of directors.

Keith then took on roles at Baker Hughes, including President of Surface - US and Canada, Vice President of Sales and Commercial, US and Canada, and President of Baker Hughes Canada. Keith demonstrated strong leadership ability, achieved revenue growth, managed budgets and staff, and made short and long-term goals for the company.

Most recently, Keith has joined Aspen Aerogels as the Senior Vice President of Technology, where they oversee technology-related aspects of the company's operations.
