Sharon Boegel

Sharon Boegel has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Sharon is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Aspen Aerogels, a leader in energy technology. Prior to this role, they held positions at Dell, EMC Corporation, State State Corporation, and Pencom Systems. At Dell, they served as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition for Dell Products & Operations, as well as the Director of Talent Acquisition for RSA, the security division of DellEMC. At EMC Corporation, they were a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruitment for various divisions and leading global recruitment programs. Sharon also held the role of VP of Talent Acquisition at State State Corporation, managing recruiting activities for the company's headquarters and East Coast locations. Additionally, they worked at Pencom Systems as the Vice President and Partner, where they managed large recruitment projects and a virtual recruiting team. Throughout their career, Sharon has demonstrated expertise in strategic recruitment, diversity initiatives, and building inclusive workforces.

From 1984 to 1988, Sharon Boegel attended Fordham University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
