Hedy Koczwara has over two decades of experience in project management and environmental compliance. Currently serving as Vice President at Aspen Environmental Group since June 2002, Hedy Koczwara specializes in CEQA and NEPA permitting for energy and infrastructure projects, overseeing subcontractors, client relations, and document coordination. Previously, Hedy Koczwara worked as a Facilities Coordinator at Publicis and Hal Riney, managing daily operations for a large advertising firm. Hedy Koczwara holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Earth Systems from Stanford University.
