Carrie Cummings

Carrie Cummings is an experienced professional in emotional health education and creative design. Currently serving as an Emotional Health Educator at Provo Canyon Behavioral Hospital, Carrie provides training on mindfulness and emotional health practices for patients. As the Owner and Coach at Ray of Light Mentoring, Carrie utilizes various methodologies including applied kinesiology and guided imagery to mentor individuals in emotional health improvement. Carrie also trains and leads workshops at The Institute of Healing Arts, focusing on alternative healing methods. Previously, Carrie held several design roles, including Project Designer for American Crafts and Product Designer at Cricut, where expertise in design software and collaborative marketing strategies were demonstrated. With a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Brigham Young University and specialized training as an IPT Facilitator, Carrie combines therapeutic principles with creative approaches to support emotional health and wellness.
