Riley Archer has extensive experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the building products industry. They began their career as a Regional Account Manager at Hilti Inc in 2004, where they achieved high sales accolades and built strong relationships with executive-level customers. Following this, they joined Hilti Group as a Fire Protection Specialist, where they increased sales and trained salesmen on a technical product line. In 2008, they transitioned to RectorSeal, initially serving as a National Sales Manager and later becoming Director of Sales and then Vice President of Sales, Building Products. During this time, they launched new products, developed profitable sales channels, and held the position of President of Fire Safe North America. In 2018, Riley joined CSW Industrials Inc. as Vice President of Sales, Building Products, before moving to Signature Systems in the same role. Currently, Riley is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Aspen Manufacturing.
Riley Archer obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Pre Law from Wright State University, attending from 1996 to 2001. Following this, Riley pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing at the same university, completing the degree from 2001 to 2003.
