Samantha Lassoff is an accomplished talent and people leader with extensive experience in organizational performance and people strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Talent and People at Aspen Standard Wealth since 2024, Samantha has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Portfolio Talent & Organizational Performance at Blackstone, where value creation through leadership and organizational effectiveness was emphasized. In previous positions, Samantha demonstrated expertise in research and insights at Human Capital, developed people analytics capabilities at Heidrick & Struggles, and contributed to operational revenue growth in private equity and venture capital practices. Earlier experience includes roles at Gartner and CTPartners, focusing on talent sourcing and executive recruiting. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Columbia University and a Leadership & Performance Coaching Certification from Brown University.
