Dr. Barbara Miller Dnp, Edd

Nursing Instructor at Aspen University

Dr. Barbara Miller, DNP EdD, MSN/MSA, LNC, RN, currently serves as a Nursing Instructor at Aspen University since March 2015 and has held multiple teaching roles at various universities since June 2014, including positions at University and University West Palm, focusing on health care and nursing education. With extensive teaching experience across undergraduate and graduate nursing programs, Dr. Miller has also worked at Burnett International College and Dade Medical College, covering diverse nursing subjects such as medical/surgical, obstetrics, and pediatrics. Prior clinical roles include serving as QA Supervisor at St Vincent Home Health and Head Nurse in Labor & Delivery at Wycoff Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Miller holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Touro University Nevada and multiple Doctorates in Health Care Education from Nova Southeastern University, along with a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University.
