Tom Litwinko

Tom Litwinko is a seasoned Human Resources professional with significant experience in HR project management and advisory roles. Currently serving as People Project Manager at Aspens Services Ltd since December 2022, Tom has previously held positions including HR Business Advisor at Deutsche Bank and Human Resources Officer at Auctus Management Group Ltd. Tom’s career spans several years in HR at Barhale Ltd, where roles included HR Projects Manager and HR Projects Advisor. Tom also has foundational experience in customer service from roles at The Belfry Hotel & Resort and JD Wetherspoon. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Practice, both from CIPD, as well as a BA (Hons) in Sociology from Nottingham Trent University.
