Michael Buelt, CSM, PMP

Michael Buelt has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Michael is currently working at Aspenware as a Senior Program Manager. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager, Project Management at Merkle. Michael has also worked as the Director of Project Management at Karsh Hagan and Director of Strategic Solutions at BlueModus. In their previous role at Karsh Hagan as Sr. Digital Producer, they introduced and developed new resource and project management tools and implemented Agile methodologies for interactive and digital projects. Before that, they were a Sr. Project Manager at AbsenceSoft, where they served as a Scrum Master and managed projects with Scrum and Lean methodologies. Michael also worked as a Sr. Project Coordinator at MCN Healthcare, where they planned and executed client implementations. Michael began their career at Dish Network and later worked at FedEx Office as a Sr. Project Coordinator. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated their expertise in project management and has successfully delivered projects while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Michael Buelt, CSM, PMP completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at DeVry University from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Graphic Design/Desktop Publishing from Red Rocks Community College between 2002 and 2004.

In addition to their education, Buelt has acquired several certifications. In 2015, they obtained the Scrum Master Certified certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. That same year, they also obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2014, they obtained the IT Project Management certification from the Colorado Free University. Prior to that, in 2013, they obtained the Fundamental of Project Management certification from Fred Pryor Seminars and CareerTrack. Most recently, in 2019, they obtained the Google My Business certification from Google.
