Pupil Well Being And SEMH Practitioner On Aspire Academy Trust Inclusions Lead Team at Aspire Academy Trust

Trish Warne has extensive experience in the education sector, particularly in supporting pupils with special educational needs and mental health challenges. Since May 2005, Trish has been a Pupil Well Being and SEMH Practitioner on the Aspire Academy Trust Inclusions Lead Team, serving as the SENDco and Autism Champion while pursuing a diploma in Mental Health with a focus on Trauma Informed and Mental Health Involved Schools. Prior roles include a SENCo Teaching Assistant at St Minver School, where coordination of special needs for all pupils was a key responsibility, and a Teaching Assistant at St Breock School, supporting children with diverse learning needs. Trish also contributed as a Town Councillor for Wadebridge Town Council and gained foundational skills in education as a Learning Support Assistant at Wadebridge Primary School. Earlier in career, Trish served as a Police Constable and Detective Constable with the Devon and Cornwall Police from 1978 to 1985.
