Richard Wachs M.D.

Richard Wachs MD has extensive work experience in the field of allergy and sinus. Richard currently serves as the Medical Director at Aspire Allergy & Sinus since November 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Medical Director at BreatheAmerica, Inc starting from March 2016. From January 2009 to March 2016, they were the Founder and Physician Advisor at Food Allergy Connections. Earlier in their career, they were the Owner and Allergist/Owner at Garden State Allergy and Asthma Center from January 2007 to March 2016.

Richard Wachs MD completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biochemistry from Rutgers University from 1987-1991. Richard then attended Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School from 1991-1995 and earned their MD in Medicine. Following that, they completed a Residency/Board Certification in Pediatrics at Keesler Medical Center from 1995-1998. Finally, they pursued a Fellowship/Board Certification in Allergy Immunology at Jefferson Health from 2002-2004.
