Krystyna Wietzema

Krystyna Wietzema has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Krystyna is currently the Vice President of Human Resources Business Partner - North America at Aspire Bakeries, starting in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ARYZTA LLC, where they held multiple positions, including Division Vice President of Human Resources, Director Human Resources Business Partner North America, and Director of Total Rewards. At Cloverhill Pastry-Vend, LLC, they served as the Human Resources Director and also took on additional responsibilities in Information Technology. Krystyna started their career at Thompson Financial Publishing as a Payroll Specialist. Throughout their career, Krystyna has demonstrated expertise in organizational development, change management, talent development, employee engagement, and benefits management.

Krystyna Wietzema obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northeastern Illinois University from 1993 to 1997.
