Lisa Papaloni has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Lisa started their career in 1996 at Borden Foods as a Brand Manager, then moved to Novartis Consumer Health as a Brand Manager in 2000. In 2001, they joined Maple Leaf Foods as a Consumer Marketing Manager, and in 2003, they joined Kellogg Canada as a Senior Brand Manager. In 2009, they worked as a Consultant, Career Transition at Felix Global Corp., and from 2010 to 2019, they served as a Marketing Manager at Scotts Canada. Currently, they hold a Director-level position at Aspire Bakeries, where they have held various roles including Director of Strategy, Marketing, and Innovation for North America. Lisa was also the Marketing Director for Canada and North America Quick Service Restaurants.
Lisa Papaloni obtained an Advanced Marketing Certificate from the Schulich School of Business at York University from 1997 to 1999. Prior to this, they pursued an Honours degree in Urban and Regional Development at York University from 1991 to 1995.
