Tim brings a wealth of more than 30 years of broad experience in healthcare financial and administrative leadership roles. Prior to arriving at Aspire, Tim served as CFO of Breckinridge Health, Inc., a critical access hospital in Hardinsburg, Ky., where he helped lead a turnaround, restructuring physician clinics, and implementing a 340b program, and other revenue-generating/cost-saving measures.
Facing near bankruptcy, Breckinridge Health transformed into a sustainable organization. Tim has also held executive roles with University of Louisville Physicians, Inc.; Jewish Hospital and St. Mary’s HealthCare; Kramer and Associates, Alliant Management Services, (a hospital management firm), and Lafayette Home Hospital. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Valparaiso University and an MBA/Master's in Strategic Finance from Indiana University Southeast.
