Carrie Ann Berlinghoff

Carrie Ann Berlinghoff is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Aspire Lifestyles since June 2010, Carrie Ann partners with employees and managers to provide coaching and support in employee relations and performance management. Prior to this, Carrie Ann held the position of Manager at Circles from February 2007 to June 2010, where responsibilities included training and directing a team of Service Professionals and ensuring client satisfaction. Carrie Ann completed education at the University of Windsor from 1990 to 1993.
