Sheeba Karthikeyan

Sheeba Karthikeyan has a strong background in HR with over 20 years of experience. Sheeba is currently serving as the Head of HR - India at Gigamon since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Ingersoll Rand India for 6 years as a Senior Manager - HR. Sheeba has also held HR positions at Standard Chartered Scope International Pvt Ltd, Amazon Development Center (India) Pvt Ltd, iFlex Solutions Ltd, R Systems, Xansa India Ltd, and HTC Global Services Inc. Sheeba started their career in 2000 as an HR Executive and progressed through various roles, including Assistant Manager and Senior Executive, gaining valuable experience in recruitment and HR business partnering.

Sheeba Karthikeyan obtained their PGDPMIR degree in Management from the Madras School of Social Work from 1997 to 1999. In addition, they received the certification "Getting Started as a LinkedIn Learning Admin" from LinkedIn in July 2020.
