Rashmi Gandhi-Banerjee

Rashmi Gandhi-Banerjee (RGB) currently serves as Vice President of Sales Business Development at Aspire Lifestyles since March 2022. Prior to this role, Rashmi operated as a freelancer for Dear RGB from April 2021 to March 2022, focusing on boutique hotel pre-openings and social media for a kid's clothing brand. Previous positions include General Manager Sales at Gourmet Investments Pvt. Ltd. and Assistant General Manager Sales & Marketing at Bombay Realty. Rashmi's extensive experience in the hospitality sector encompasses various roles at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts. Rashmi holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Mumbai, along with multiple certifications in marketing, leadership, and management from prestigious institutions such as Northwestern University, ESSEC Business School, and The Wharton School, among others, as well as a 900-hour Teachers Training Course from The Yoga Institute Mumbai.
